Is the address you have put down on your shop cart order where you want your items to be shipped to ?
I offer a no quibble refund or replacement to any products that are mis-described or damaged.Customers must report all faults within seven days and return products as they were sent.
I cannot be held responsible for 'lost in post' items.I will always obtain a certificate of posting from the local Post Office and I will assist customers should the need arise to make a claim against the Post Office.
For sendings over £30 I always recommend upgrading to at least 'Sign for' in the UK or 'Special Delivery' or Registered Mail for Europe or the Rest of the World, but as the customer is choosing the level of posting and compensation they require I leave it up to you.I always put nice cover stamps on and usually with a plastic covering to protect the stamps which are nearly always nicely cancelled.
Our returns policy is that you can return your item (s) if they are faulty, damaged or mis described. Please contact us first so we can advise how to return the items. You may also return items you simply dont want with return postage at your own cost. Please obtain a certificate of posting for your own peace of mind.
Due to a couple of recent claims from The Netherlands for missing post, all sendings to South Africa are recommended to be sent by Registered mail. If you choose ordinary Airmail option that is clearly your choice.
